Earlier in the same year, they also purchased the Victory Plano hospital. Nobilis has a strong track record when it comes to M&A with the fact that the company’s September 2014 acquisition of First Nobilis Hospital for $7.5 million in cash. They are looking to acquire small hospitals in Dallas and Phoenix. Nobilis Health Corp’s management is evaluating multiple acquisition opportunities, and will most likely make an announcement in the first quarter of 2016.
